| +Storing the nuts and dried fruits to keep it fresh. |
| Our products will remain fresh once opened, if you carefully store them preferably away from direct heat or light source at a place that is maintained at 20 degrees C or 70 degrees F or possibly cooler. Nuts and dry-fruits should not be stored in the insulated packaging that they may have been originally shipped to you. Our products are sensitive to foreign odors specially, fragrances, spices packaging material or other similar strong odors in the vicinity. |
| +Storage duration to keep nuts and dry fruits taste fresh. |
| From two months up to six months, in a refrigerator or freezer as required. |
| +Storing the nuts and dry fruits for more than two weeks or more . |
| To store for up to two to six months, place repack them in airtight sealable plastic bags or container and refrigerate. |
| +Bringing the nuts and dry fruits to room temperature before consumption. |
| Leave the nuts and dry fruits in the container or plastic bags till it reaches room temperature. A minimum of two hours if from the refrigerator. |
| +Same day shipping. |

| Delays in Delivery are possible. Two kinds of shipping options are available to you for your orders. 1. Standard shipping. 2. A Specific date. With the A Specific date, we make sure the delivery arrives on the selected date. Our order placing cut off time is 12.30 PM UAE GST. Standard Shipping will arrive within 4-7 UAE working days. |

| Our delivery system uses freezer vans for most of the delivery. In some cases alternate methods such as cooler boxes and frozen gel packs may be used to make sure that order is delivered in perfect condition and at minimal or no extra charges. |

| As per local UAE VAT & Tax laws we are required to collect taxes applicable on the product and services delivered to the customers. |

| You can comfortably place an order approximately 2 months before the festivals /occasion/ event/party/wedding. Make sure to receive your delivery is scheduled at least 7-8 days before the occasion. Make appropriate arrangements for the storage of the nuts and dry fruits preferably away from direct heat or light and the place is maintained at 20 degrees C or 70 degrees F or possibly cooler. | Volume discount are available as may be applicable, which are calculated on the total order items only ,tax, shipping, handling charges are not included, separately with each and every order with a few exclusions that may apply.
